The Seabrook Center is both a place and a concept. The place is located at 2830 Real Street, Austin Texas 78722 ... pay us a visit!

The concept is to work side-by-side in a facility with other non-profits and churches to mutually assist each other in realizing our respective visions, and to offer to the city a model for collaborative partnership.

We are very thankful for the current location of the Seabrook Center, and the way it has enabled us to further develop community, collaboration, and 24/7 prayer. But we are only renting, and believe that God has a place in the city of Austin with more space, more beauty, and more partnerships. Pip Start
Webster's College Dictionary defines the word "pip", as a seed, especially of a fleshy fruit, or a fruit seed. Appropriately named, Pip Start's objective is to nurture the seeds of God's purpose in youth by teaching life skills, character, and academics, allowing youth to exchange destructive behavior for fruitfulness.
