Visiting Austin House of Prayer
Austin House of Prayer is located in The Seabrook Center at 2830 Real Street, Austin TX 78722.

  • It's simple to get here.
  • Take the MLK exit off of IH-35 and go east on MLK (you'll head away from the UT campus, between the baseball stadium and the cemetery).
  • Continue east on MLK through the lights at Chicon, Chestnut, and Cedar. You'll head down a long sloping hill towards some railroad tracks - the MLK light rail station for Austin Metro.
  • Before you get to the tracks take a left at Alexander St. (just after Flatbed Press ... if you cross the tracks or reach Airport Blvd. you've gone too far).
  • Go one block on Alexander
  • Take the first left at Real Street.
  • Take an immediate right into the parking lot of the Seabrook Center, a low yellow brick warehouse with wooden deck in front.

The AHOP prayer room is inside ... if the loading dock door by the deck isn't open (which it usually is in business hours), then try the entrance to the left of the loading dock.
